About
My work spans three mediums—cyanotype, graphite drawing, and pastel-based mixed media—each offering a unique way to explore form and memory. Mentored by Tennessee-based impressionist Bobbie Patterson and shaped by my undergraduate studies at Belhaven University, my art is deeply rooted in these formative experiences.
Trained as a modern dancer and choreographer, I approach each composition with an awareness of movement, allowing my dance background to shape how I create visually on paper. Early exposure to interior design through my grandmother instilled in me an appreciation for spaces that feel personal and inspired—an influence that continues to shape how I consider the role of art within the home.
